On November 10, 2018, the 45th Year reunion of the O. Perry Walker Class of '73 was held at the Four Columns, in Harvey, LA.
This was my first reunion since the 5th. I missed the 40th because I didn't learn of it until two days before.
Over 50 former classmates attended out of an orignal graduating class on 636. Sadly, we have lost over 60 classmates over the years.
I was so thrilled that I was able to visit with three friends who go back to our days at Holy Name of Mary grammar school. This includes Jann Mills Lamy (Kindergarten); Paul Crombie (2nd grade) and Marille Faucheaux (7th grade). We did get a good eduction there. |
